Agreement and eligibility
By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and our linked policies. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian who accepts these terms.
Your order
You are responsible for reviewing all personalization, size, quantity, and delivery information before checkout. An order is accepted when payment is successfully completed and we send confirmation. We may reject or cancel an order for suspected fraud, pricing or technical errors, unlawful content, inability to fulfill, or other legitimate reasons. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the affected amount.
Personalized artwork and accuracy
Starmaps are artistic representations generated from the date, place, coordinates, and customization you provide. Preview and printed colors may vary because of screen and printing differences. The artwork is decorative and is not intended for navigation, scientific, safety-critical, or professional use. We do not guarantee astronomical or geographic precision for those purposes.
Pricing, taxes, and payment
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes are calculated during checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe. We may change prices prospectively, but a change will not affect an already accepted order.
Production, shipping, and returns
Our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy are part of these terms. Delivery dates are estimates. Risk of loss passes as provided by applicable law.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy the service at scale, violate another person's rights, or use the service for unlawful purposes. You must have the right to use any wording or other information you submit for a poster.
Intellectual property
The Stelr Studio name, website, software, designs, graphics, and other service materials are owned by Stelr Studio or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. Purchasing a poster gives you ownership of the physical item, but does not transfer ownership of our software, templates, branding, or underlying intellectual property.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties except where they cannot legally be excluded.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stelr Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for a claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute may be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction in Pennsylvania, except that either party may bring an eligible claim in small claims court. This section does not deprive consumers of protections that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms prospectively by posting a revised version and date. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Questions can be sent to support@stelr.studio.
