Information we collect
We may collect information you provide at checkout or when contacting us, including your name, email address, shipping address, order details, customer-service messages, and the text, date, location, coordinates, and design choices used for your starmap.
Our website and service providers may automatically collect device and usage information such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers, referring pages, pages viewed, interactions, approximate location, and cookie or similar technology data. Your cart is stored locally in your browser.
How we use information
- To create, process, deliver, and support your order.
- To calculate and render your personalized starmap.
- To process payments, prevent fraud, and maintain security.
- To operate, troubleshoot, analyze, and improve the website.
- To measure advertising performance and show relevant advertising.

Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Stelr Studio does not receive or store your full payment-card number. Stripe receives payment, contact, and transaction information under its own privacy practices.
How we disclose information
We disclose information only as reasonably needed to operate the business, including to Stripe for payments, Printful for production and fulfillment, Google Cloud for hosting and storage, Google for location autocomplete and analytics, and Meta for advertising measurement. These providers may process information under their own terms and privacy policies.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, in connection with a business transfer, or with your direction or consent. We do not sell personal information for money. Analytics and advertising technologies may be considered “sharing,” “selling,” or targeted advertising under some state privacy laws.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising
We and our providers may use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies to operate the cart, understand site use, measure campaigns, and support advertising. With your advertising consent, these may include Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel, and server-side conversion measurement sent to Meta. Server-side purchase measurement can include order value, browser attribution identifiers, and a cryptographically hashed email address. You can change your choices through Cookie settings in the site footer or use opt-out controls offered by Google and Meta.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for orders, customer support, accounting, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and dispute resolution. Retention periods vary by the type of record. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system is guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information we maintain about you, or object to certain advertising uses, by emailing us. We may need to verify your request and may retain records when legally permitted or required. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights and a right to appeal our response.
Children
The website is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, please contact us.
