What is a Stelr starmap?
It is a personalized art print representing the night sky for the date and location you choose. You can customize its title, subtitle, color, constellation lines, coordinate grid, and size.
Is the preview the exact print?
The preview reflects your selected design and wording. Small differences in color can occur between a backlit screen and a physical print. Starmaps are decorative artistic representations and are not intended for scientific or navigational use.
Does the poster include a frame?
No. Stelr starmap posters are currently sold unframed.
How long will my order take?
Most orders are expected to arrive within 8–10 business days, including production and standard shipping. Delivery dates are estimates.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping within the United States is free. We do not currently offer expedited or international shipping.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Email support@stelr.studio within 24 hours with your order number. We will approve the request if production has not started. Changes and cancellations are unavailable once production begins.
Can I return a personalized poster?
We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or customer-approved design choices because each poster is custom-made. If an item is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days after delivery.
What if tracking says delivered but it is missing?
Check around the delivery location, ask household members or neighbors, and contact the carrier. If it still cannot be found, email us promptly with your order number and tracking information so we can help investigate.
